Surprisingly, the Tokyo National Museum has a small Egyptian collection, located in one of its five buildings (the one dedicated to archaeology, if I remember correctly). Here is a selection of artefacts from that collection.
Relief from the Old Kingdom tomb of Iny.
The mummy and coffin of Pasherienptah, dated to the Twenty-second Dynasty.
Statue of a seated Sekhmet.
A small terracotta figurine from the Middle Kingdom.
Ptolemaic statue of an ibis.
Wooden model from a tomb.
